At Apex Market Services LLC, we do our best to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Return Conditions
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process
- Request a return by contacting us at info@lilyluneboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved based on its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- Providing an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
